Wednesday breakfast fruit. This recipe makes enough for two plates

  • half a mango
  • one cup of raspberries (200g)
  • one slice of fresh pineapple

Alternatives

  • You can make dishes like this with almost any kind of good quality fresh fruits.

There wasn't much left in the fridge that Wednesday morning. There was still some pineapple left. With only two people to feed we did quite well.

Method

  • Very simple.
  • Slice up the mango.
  • Remove the skin from the pineapple slice and chop up the fruit.
  • Arrange the pineapple and mango alternately around the plate.
  • Wash the raspberries and arrange put half in he centre of each plate.

Serve

  • Serve fresh.
  • I usually have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink before I get on to the fruit.

Afterwards

  • Recycle the waste
