  • half a cup of blueberries (100g)

Managed to get some strawberries yesterday so I'm looking forward to breakfast!

Method

  • Very simple.
  • Peel and slice the kiwi fruits and arrange them on the plates.
  • Wash and half the strawberries and arrange those too.
  • Wash the blueberries and add a handful to each plate.

Serve

  • Serve fresh.
  • I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.

Afterwards

  • Recycle the waste
