- half a mango
- two kiwi fruits
- one thick slice of fresh pineapple
- one cup of blueberries (200g)

A plateful of beautiful fresh fruit. I just love good quality blueberries.
Method
- Easy to make.
- Slice the mango half into wedges and arrange on the plates. You can leave the skin on because it's easy to leave the skin when you eat it.
- Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and add to the arrangement.
- Skin the pineapple slice, chop into wedges and alternate with the kiwi fruit on the plates.
- Wash the berries and arrange those too.
Serve
- Serve fresh.
- I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.
Afterwards
