Thursday breakfast fruit. This recipe makes enough for two plates


  • no special equipment is required


  • half a mango
  • two kiwi fruits
  • one thick slice of fresh pineapple
  • one cup of blueberries (200g)


  • Try other types of good quality fresh fruits to make similar dishes.

A plateful of beautiful fresh fruit. I just love good quality blueberries.


  • Easy to make.
  • Slice the mango half into wedges and arrange on the plates. You can leave the skin on because it's easy to leave the skin when you eat it.
  • Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and add to the arrangement.
  • Skin the pineapple slice, chop into wedges and alternate with the kiwi fruit on the plates.
  • Wash the berries and arrange those too.


  • Serve fresh.
  • I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.


  • Recycle the waste
