  • half a papaya (250g)
  • two kiwi fruits
  • four or five large strawberries (200g)

It's great to explore different fruits. I love papaya mixed with other fruits!

Method

  • Very simple.
  • Discard the seeds from half a papaya. The seeds taste really bitter. Slice the fruit and arrange on the plates.
  • Peel and slice the kiwi fruits and arrange them arount the papaya.
  • Wash and half the strawberries and arrange those too.

Serve

  • Serve fresh.
  • I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.

Afterwards

  • Recycle the waste
