- one cup of blueberries (200g)
- one thick slice of fresh pineapple

A plateful of contrasting fruits makes a good start to your week.
Method
- Very simple.
- Peel and slice the kiwi fruits and arrange them on the plates.
- Skin the pineapple slice, chop into wedges and alternate with the kiwi fruit on the plates.
- Wash the berries and arrange those too.
Serve
- Serve fresh.
- I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.
