- eight large strawberries
- one cup of blueberries (200g)

A good contrast of fruit colours to look forward to on a wet Friday morning.
Method
- Easy to make.
- Wash the strawberries and blueberries.
- Slice the strawberries into halves.
- Skin the pineapple slice, chop into wedges and alternate with the strawberry halves on the plates.
- Add a handful of blueberries to each plate.
Serve
- Serve fresh.
- I normally have a shot of wheatgrass followed by a good glass of green drink first.
