Ingredients
- one red grapefruit
- one firm but ripe mango
- two kiwi fruits
- a handful of blueberries
Alternatives
- Try other types of fruits that look good sliced for example apple, pear, papaya, melon etc.

Method
- Peel the mango using a potato peeler. Cut off two hemispheres by slicing parallel and close to the stone. Place each hemisphere face down and slice vertically. Slice the remainder of the fruit from the stone.
- Peel and segment the grapefruit.
- Chop the heads and tails off the kiwi fruits and peel using a potato peeler. Slice into cross sections.
- Divide and arrange the fruit across four plates.
- Wash the blueberries and add some to each plate.
