  • Nori seaweed is available formed into sheets. These are used traditionally to make raw food sushi. Simply cut your favourite vegetables into thin strips and lay them along one edge of the sheet. Add some sort of raw food binder, and then roll the sheet up. Cut it across into inch thick rings, and hey-presto you have a raw food sushi!
  • You do need the sheets to do this rather than the flakes, or any other form.
