Measuring

Measuring cups and spoons.

  • These are in constant use in my kitchen. This is especially so when I am making recipes to publish on the web.
  • When you are following my recipes, please feel free to adjust the amounts of flavourings for example pepper or herbs to suite your own tastes. Many accomplished chefs don't actually know what they have put in to their recipes. They go by look, feel and taste!
  • I always use a cup measure to measure out flax seed and the water I use to soak it in. For things like this it is best to be fairly accurate.
  • You only need to have one set of each so do buy good quality stainless steel ones that you will enjoy using all the time.
  • Do clean and dry them after use. I never put them in the dishwasher.

Measuring cups
