Cooking rings

  • In the raw food kitchen, the cooking ring is useful for shaping up cookies and cakes. This makes it easier to judge the amounts. It also improves the presentation.   • Use to shape your raw food cookies before dehydrating them. The 70mm ring is convenient for shaping 16 cookies on a dehydrator sheet. Place the ring over each cookie mix dollop on the dehydrator sheet. Use a teaspoon to press the mixture down to form a neat circle. Then move on to the next one. Simple and effective!
